How to use candles correctly?

First of all, do not light both regular candles and scented candles at the same time, as the former will absorb the fragrance of the latter. Also, the size of the room will affect the intensity of the fragrance. The larger the room, the weaker the fragrance will be. Before using them, place them in the refrigerator for a while to slow down the burning speed of the candles. When choosing scented candles, try to select those with a larger candle surface. Because when the candle is burning, the more wax oil accumulates on the candle surface, the stronger the fragrance it will emit. When the candle is burning, avoid placing it in an exposed area to prevent the unattractive phenomenon caused by wind blowing and melting the wax. It is recommended to keep the indoor air circulating when burning candles.

During daily maintenance, we need to regularly trim the wick. If the wick is too long, it will affect the release of fragrance. During the burning process, trim the wick to a length of 0.5 to 0.8 cm at the right time. This will prevent black smoke from being produced when the scented candle is burning. If the candle drips on furniture, wait for it to solidify before cleaning. You can use a hair dryer or an iron to melt the wax and then remove and wipe it off. When extinguishing the candle, do not blow it out with your mouth. Instead, use a toothpick to push the wick down, allowing the wax to extinguish the flame, and then let the wick stand upright to cool. Or you can directly use a wick cutter. When storing the scented candle, do not place it in a direct sunlight area, as this may cause fading. Since scented candles are low-temperature candles, if exposed to direct sunlight with excessive temperature, the wax surface may melt. The most important thing is to extinguish the candle before leaving the room to ensure our safety. Pay attention to preventing burns and fire hazards.
